Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 2 hours after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. In the event of high order volumes, processing may be delayed. Customers will be notified via email or phone after order is placed or if significant delays occur. We use third party logistics partner or aggregator for shipping our products.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. However, we usually get the product delivered within 10 working days after it is picked up by the logistics partner.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Customers will receive an email confirmation upon placing an order and another notification with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

International Shipping:

Currently, GrowthQR ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

All applicable taxes are included in the product price. GrowthQR is not responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Damages:

GrowthQR is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If an order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
