At Growth QR, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our e-business cards. If you encounter any issues or are dissatisfied with our product or service, please refer to our exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange

  1. Applicable Situations:
    • Incorrect or incomplete information on the purchased card due to technical errors.
    • Issues with the functionality of the QR code or digital card.
    • Mismatch in the design or customization requested and delivered.
  2. Conditions for Exchange:
    • Requests must be made within 2 days of the product delivery.
    • Proof of the issue, such as screenshots or a detailed explanation, must be provided.
    • The card must not have been altered or modified by the user post-delivery.

Non-Exchangeable Cases

  1. Customer-Initiated Errors:
    • Incorrect information provided by the user during setup or customization.
    • Changes to the design or details requested after delivery.
  2. Plan Limitations:
    • Features unavailable in the chosen subscription plan cannot be exchanged or upgraded unless a plan upgrade is purchased.
  3. Usage Issues:
    • Problems caused by third-party apps or devices not supporting QR code functionality.

Exchange Process

  1. Initiating a Request:
    • Contact our Customer Support via email or call within the eligible timeframe.
    • Provide the order ID, details of the issue, and any relevant supporting documents.
  2. Review and Response:
    • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  3. Resolution:
    • If eligible, we will rectify the issue, offer a replacement card, or provide alternative solutions based on your preference.

Additional Notes

    • Exchange services are complimentary for eligible cases.
    • Growth QR reserves the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet the above criteria.
    • For premium plan users, priority assistance and expedited resolutions are provided.
    • We will provide a refund only if an exchange cannot be offered by us.
